Our strength training programs also known as weight or resistance training is a range of physical group-based sessions designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight.

This course is designed to Strengthen and sculpt your Abs, Butt and Thighs, help with weight loss and increase your overall strength. Available in both 45- or 60-minute class times, focuses on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs, this class delivers a medium to high intensity workout intense regime that is provides muscle toning exercises that will target common problem areas.

This medium intensity 30-minute workout is designed to tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible, by using your own body weight, free weights, and other resistance equipment to improve your balance, coordination and improve your core strength

This 60-minute circuit class is cross training to the max! It combines using your own body, weight, strength and floor weights to address all muscle groups with low rest intervals to work stamina and endurance, you will be instructed on proper lifting techniques and functional body movements while undertaking squats, lunges, chin ups and deadlifts.

This High intensity 30-minute workout is more intense and harder than the COREwork program. HardCORE will improve your core strength by challenging your stability, balance, and will work your core to a new level. If you want to Burn calories & lose weight while strengthening your core, lower back and glutes.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility, each of our moves are designed to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well, you will have improved core strength, flexibility, and balance. Our Pilates classes are one of the best forms of low impact exercise available.

Our 45 Minute suspension classes use specialised training equipment to allow you to use your own bodyweight as the resistance in a series of exercises, this medium to high intensity workout consists of a range of circuits designed to target different areas of the body ranging from your core through to you lower body and is designed  develop strength and improve balance.
