ABT Class
This course is designed to Strengthen and sculpt your Abs, Butt and Thighs, help with weight loss and increase your overall strength. Available in both 45- or 60-minute class times, focuses on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs, this class delivers a medium to high intensity workout intense regime that is provides muscle toning exercises that will target common problem areas.
