Our speed and agility training are a combination of exercises that boost explosive velocity, agility, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. This training will make you faster, stronger, and all around more robust athlete. Our speed classes are designed to decrease reaction time, but also build stability joints to help avoid common sports injuries. Any athlete who must move quickly and do frequent direction changes on the court or field will benefit immensely from any of our speed focused programs.

This 60-minute aerobics-style workout improves cardiovascular and muscular endurance and burns calories, the Step into Fitness workout utilises an elevated platform to really get your heart moving, burn fat and provide you with an moderate to high intensity workout.

Boxercise is an exercise class that will work all levels of your endurance, coordination and strength. You will have a continually varying class formats, which will rotate shadow-boxing, body movement, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Over the 60 minute class time this high intensity workout will improve your cardiovascular endurance and burn calories.


Our Cycle and Spin class runs for 60 minutes during which time you will have a medium to high intensity workout to music that will strengthen numerous muscle groups and can burn around 800 calories during the class. You will feel the burn as you take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

This unique 30-minute, high intensity IMPACT cardio workout is designed to maximize calories burnt, while increasing speed, endurance and giving you a rapid increase in your cardiovascular fitness, our IMPACT Cardio session combines high impact body weight exercises with no equipment to provide you with high intensity interval training.
