Flexibility
Flexibility in all your muscle groups is important, by keeping your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, you will maintain good range of motion in your joints. Without maintaining your flexibility, your muscles shorten and become tight and can lead to injuries. Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to further injuries specifically in and around your joints. Our Programs are designed to stretch out these muscle groups, providing you with extra strength, better posture, balance and flexibility.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a more meditative approach with a physical focus much deeper than standard Yoga practices. As you age flexibility in the joints decreases and Yin Yoga is a great way to maintain that flexibility, we access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass specifically your joints (hips, sacrum, spine) as we focus on increasing your flexibility and balance.
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is also referred to as Vinyasa, the flow comes from the smooth way that the poses run together, this is one of our most popular styles of Yoga. It’s a broad class that encompasses many different types of Yoga, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga and is perfect to help with you balance, strength and flexibility.
