Our endurance fitness programs are designed to assist you in being able to remain active for a long period of time, it is a form of both aerobic or anaerobic exercise and it includes both cardiovascular and muscular endurance all of which are required to be able to maintain yourself during strenuous or repeated activities with little or no rest time. It is the goal of all of our endurance programs to improve your overall Cardiovascular Fitness and help to burn calories.
Step into Fitness
This 60-minute aerobics-style workout improves cardiovascular and muscular endurance and burns calories, the Step into Fitness workout utilises an elevated platform to really get your heart moving, burn fat and provide you with an moderate to high intensity workout.
Boxercise is an exercise class that will work all levels of your endurance, coordination and strength. You will have a continually varying class formats, which will rotate shadow-boxing, body movement, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Over the 60 minute class time this high intensity workout will improve your cardiovascular endurance and burn calories.
Cycle & Spin
Our Cycle and Spin class runs for 45- or 60-minute sessions during which time you will have either a medium or high intensity workout to music that will strengthen numerous muscle groups and can burn around 800 calories during the class. You will feel the burn as you take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
This 60-minute circuit class is cross training to the max! It combines using your own body, weight, strength and floor weights to address all muscle groups with low rest intervals to work stamina and endurance, you will be instructed on proper lifting techniques and functional body movements while undertaking squats, lunges, chin ups and deadlifts.
This unique 30-minute, high intensity IMPACT cardio workout is designed to maximize calories burnt, while increasing speed, endurance and giving you a rapid increase in your cardiovascular fitness, our IMPACT Cardio session combines high impact body weight exercises with no equipment to provide you with high intensity interval training
