Our balance program is not just about static or dynamic balance, it’s about the balance of your body, the ability for your muscle groups to be flexible, strong and maintain control of your full range of body movement’s. These programs will not only help your coordination but will improve strength, posture and balance all of which are key elements in maintaining a healthy body. Our breathing exercises included throughout these programs will help with anxiety and address stress providing for a holistic approach to your body’s needs.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility, each of our moves are designed to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well, you will have improved core strength, flexibility, and balance. Our Pilates classes are one of the best forms of low impact exercise available.

Our beginners stretch classes are a must to start the process of improving the flexibility of your joints and muscles. These 45 Minute workouts will provide you the foundation to move on to more detailed Flexibility and Balance programs, stretching is a vital component to all fitness programs and must be done correctly to ensure the effective use of your muscles remain flexible, strong, and healthy.

Yin Yoga is a more meditative approach with a physical focus much deeper than standard Yoga practices. As you age flexibility in the joints decreases and Yin Yoga is a great way to maintain that flexibility, we access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass specifically your joints (hips, sacrum, spine) as we focus on increasing your flexibility and balance.


Our Yoga Balance class is a multi-level, high intensity workout.  It is a combination class, taking elements from traditional Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and is designed to have you feeling centred and calm. This class is carefully structured to include a range of stretches, moves and poses to music that help create a holistic workout that builds strength and increases your flexibility. It truly is about a holistic balance.


Yoga Flow is also referred to as Vinyasa, the flow comes from the smooth way that the poses run together, this is one of our most popular styles of Yoga. It’s a broad class that encompasses many different types of Yoga, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga and is perfect to help with you balance, strength and flexibility.
